These awesome Tortle customs were made by Godbeast! Godbeast is famous for producing custom MUSCLEs cast in nifty plastic, such as clear plastic and glow-in-the-dark. You can view the Tortles I bought below...

• Crystal Clear
  The picture to the right is more pronounced because it was taken with a flash.
• Clear Green
• Glow-In-The-Dark Blue
• Glow-In-The-Dark Green
• GITD Tortles in the Dark
  Greenie glows pretty well, but Blue seems to be ATOMIC!
• Universe Tortle
  This is my favorite of the bunch!

These Tortles were cast in plastic that is slightly harder than traditional MUSCLE plastic, so they may be distinguished from real MUSCLEs simply by their feel. Also, the plastic of the glow-in-the-dark Tortles is somewhat transparent when the figures are held up to a light.

I'm a stickler for detail, and I was anxious to see how well the customs imitate the details of the original. I was surprised to find the detail of these figures to be virtually perfect! You can view some super-high resolution scans of a MUSCLE Tortle and the Universe Tortle below and compare the details for yourself.

• Front: The detail of the face and the laces were captured perfectly!
• Back: Even the texture of the shell was perfectly copied! This texture is spotty in molds of less quality, such as bootlegs or Kinkeshi.

Wow... these are amazing! Kudos to Godbeast for making some great additions to my Tortle collection!

As a side note, this picture was taken of the Clear Green Tortle right out of the mold. It's neat to see the process in action... and to imagine what Tortle would look like with platform shoes.
